We are happy to share that you can now book your rider with a call option in Delhi and the surrounding areas. We offer very comfortable and luxurious car rental services.
The good news is that now you can book different cars for different events based on your needs and wishes.
Here are some of our important terms and conditions for booking our services: These terms and conditions are based on hiring us for a ride, canceling your ride, and other important terms you should know before contacting us!

Book Your Slots!
Hire us and make your travel memorable
The booking is based on the location from where you want us to pick you up and your destination. You have to pay 50% of the fee in advance. You can book us using the contact number or our website directly. Once you book your slots on the call or using the website, you will know the total fare once you mention or inform us of your overall distance. You will be charged an additional fee if you reach your destination or want to hire us to return to your prior destination.

Important Points You Should Know Before Hiring A Rider!
- We will send our driver to your destination as all of the cars are available with a driver. And we do not offer or allow driving the car yourself.
- During travel, all the rents on the tolls and parking areas will be paid by you. Additionally, if there is any damage to the car, then the repair fees will also be paid by you.
- During travel, the number of passengers should be the same as the number of individuals you told us while booking a car.
- Additionally, you are requested to treat our staff and your other passenger companions with care and respect.
- Any smoking or beverage usage is prohibited in the vehicle at any cost.

Cancellation and Refunds
The cancellation and refund policy will be based on our policy. You can read privacy policy options on our website.
Here are some factors that you should consider while canceling your reserves:
- The cancellation fee depends on when you used to cancel your seat after you reserved it. If you cancel it in less time, then less fee will be charged, and you will be refunded the 50% advance fee you paid.
- And if you cancel your car rentals after multiple days, i.e., after three days, you receive 50% of the fee you paid in advance.
- If you want to change the distance and the total travel after the free cancellation or update period, then extra fees will be applicable.
- There are no refunds for the refund request when we start traveling toward your picking or destination point. It is only possible if the traveled way is less than half the total distance.
